CRANBERRY WALNUT PUMPKIN BREAD RECIPE: HOW TO MAKE IT
This tasty bread is perfect for a Thanksgiving meal or any time of the year. I plant pumpkins in my garden, and this is one of my favorite ways to use them.

- In a bowl, beat pumpkin, sugar, milk, eggs and butter. Combine dry ingredients; stir into pumpkin mixture. Fold in walnuts and cranberries. Pour into a greased 9x5-in. loaf pan. Bake at 350° for 70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan for 10 minutes; remove to a wire rack to cool completely.

This is my mom's dense, excellent, and definitely unhealthy banana nut bread recipe. It's always completely gone in minutes. This is great at parties, but hazardous at home. Health Warning: EBNB may be habit forming!

Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour two 9x5-inch loaf pans.
- Sift flour, salt, and baking soda into a large bowl.
- Mix together sugar and butter in a separate bowl. Stir in bananas, walnuts, and eggs until well blended. Pour into the flour mixture, and stir just until blended. Divide the batter evenly between the two prepared pans.
- Bake in the preheated oven until a knife inserted into the crown of each loaf comes out clean, 60 to 70 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and let loaves cool in the pans for at least 5 minutes. Turn out onto a cooling rack, and let cool completely, about 30 minutes.
- Wrap each loaf aluminum foil to keep in the moisture. Ideally, refrigerate the loaves for 2 hours or more before serving.
