2 ½ pounds pork tenderloin
2 (14.5 ounce) cans Hunt's® Diced Tomatoes, undrained
1 onion, chopped
3 cloves garlic, minced
¼ cup water
1 tablespoon dried oregano
1 tablespoon brown sugar
2 teaspoons ground ancho chile powder

Steps:

  • Place pork loin into slow cooker.
  • Stir tomatoes, onion, garlic, water, oregano, brown sugar, and chile powder together in a bowl. Pour mixture over pork loin.
  • Set slow cooker to low setting and cook 6 hours.
  • Remove tenderloin from pot. Slice or chop, and serve topped with some of the tomato sauce.

1 cup water
3/4 cup red wine
3 tablespoons minced garlic
3 tablespoons soy sauce
fresh ground black pepper

Steps:

  • Place pork tenderloin in a slow cooker with the contents of the soup packet.
  • Pour water, wine, and soy sauce over the top, turning the pork to coat.
  • Carefully spread garlic over the pork, leaving as much on top of the roast during cooking as possible.
  • Sprinkle with pepper, cover, and cook on low setting for 4 hours.
  • Serve with cooking liquid on the side as au jus.
