1 pound lean ground beef (90% lean)
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 green pepper, chopped
1 cup uncooked instant rice
1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
3/4 cup hot water
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon sugar

Steps:

In a large skillet, brown the beef, onion, green pepper and rice. Stir in the remaining ingredients. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 20 to 25 minutes or until the rice is tender.

1 lb hamburger
1 large onion, diced
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 1/2 cups long grain white rice (uncooked)
3 1/2 cups hot water
1 (14 1/2 ounce) can cut green beans
1 (26 ounce) can cream of mushroom soup

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Cook hamburger and onion together until meat is no longer pink; drain grease.
Stir the rest of the ingredients into the meat mixture.
Pour mixture into lasagna casserole dish and bake for 1 1/2 hours or until rice is done.
