This is an great dinner for those nights you need something quick. Make ahead in the morning and put in the oven when you get home! Measurements are approx. because I usually just eyeball it!

Ingredients

1 lb hamburger
1/2 small onion, chopped
16 ounces tater tots
1 (10 ounce) can cream of celery soup
1/4-1/2 cup milk
1 cup frozen corn
1 1/2 cups mozzarella cheese

Steps:

Brown ground beef. When almost done, add the onion and continue to saute until the onions are clear. Drain and set aside. I also season the beef with a little Ms. Dash or something without salt, since the soup will add enough salt taste.
In a casserole dish, (I usually use a pyrex that is 11x7) spray the bottom with no stick spray, then cover the bottom with the tater tots. You can see how it's hard to measure, but you can adjust accordingly for your dish.
Pour ground beef and onion over tater tots.
On top of beef, sprinkle frozen corn. (as much or as little as you like).
Put cream of celery soup in a cup and ad enough milk to make it creamy. Pour this mixture over the corn.
On the very top, cover with mozerella cheese.
Bake at 350 for about 30 min, or until bubbly. It may take longer if it has been refrigerated.

Delicious Tater Tot Casserole. Great main dish for lunch or supper. Uses Cream of Mushroom, Cream of Celery, and Cream of Chicken Soup for added flavor.

Ingredients

2 lbs. Tater Tots
2 lbs. Ground Beef
1 Onion, medium, diced
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder
1/2 teaspoon Thyme
1/2 teaspoon Oregano
1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 can Cream of Celery Soup (10.5oz)
1 can Cream of Chicken Soup (10.5oz)
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup (10.5oz)
1 block Cheddar Cheese, grated (8oz)

Steps:

Lightly butter a 13x9x2 Casserole baking dish.
Add a single layer of the tater tots. Set aside.
Place ground beef in skillet over Medium heat on stove top.
Add the diced onion.
Add garlic powder.
Add thyme.
Add oregano.
Add black pepper.
Stir well and let beef brown until completely done.
Spread beef over tater tots in baking dish.
Place all three soups in a medium sized mixing bowl.
Stir well until fully combined.
Spread soup mixture over top of ground beef.
Spread layer of grated cheese over top of soup mixture.
Garnish with remaining tater tots.
Bake at 350F degrees for 30-35 minutes.
Dish is ready when cheese is melted and soup is bubbly hot.
Remove from oven when done. Place on folded towel to cool slightly.
Serve warm.

Saute onion in oil in a small skillet until tender. Cool to room temperature., Combine the eggs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, crackers, salt, pepper, thyme and onion in a large bowl. Crumble beef and pork over mixture and mix well. Shape into a loaf; place in a greased 11x7-in. baking dish., Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 1 hour. Combine ketchup and brown sugar; spread half of sauce over meat loaf. Bake 15-20 minutes longer or until no pink remains and a thermometer reads 160°. Let stand for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve with remaining sauce.
Freeze option: Bake meat loaf without sauce. Securely wrap and freeze cooled meat loaf in plastic wrap and foil. To use, partially thaw in refrigerator overnight. Unwrap meat loaf and place in a greased shallow baking pan. Prepare sauce as directed; spread half of sauce over meat loaf. Reheat meat loaf in a preheated 350° oven until heated through and a thermometer inserted in center reads 165°. Serve with remaining sauce.
