- In a large bowl, whisk milk and pudding mix for 2 minutes. Let stand until soft-set, about 2 minutes. Fold in whipped topping. Fold in apples and candy bars. Refrigerate until serving.

- Mix cool whip and dry pudding mix together.
- Chop apples and chilled Snickers.
- Mix together.
- Heat caramel sauce a bit in the microwave- just enough to drizzle, not enough to heat up salad.
- Drizzle caramel sauce over salad and sprinkle peanuts on top.
- Chill for at least an hour-- Voila!

- Preheat the oven to 350°. Line 2 large baking sheets with parchment paper. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cream of tartar, baking soda, and salt. In a separate bowl using a hand mixer, beat butter with 1 cup granulated sugar and the brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2 minutes. Add the eggs, one at a time and beat to combine. Fold dry ingredients in until combined. In a shallow bowl, combine remaining ¼ cup of sugar with cinnamon. Using a medium cookie scoop, scoop and roll the dough into 1 1/2"-inch balls, then roll balls in cinnamon sugar. Arrange about 2" apart on prepared baking sheets. Bake until the cookies begin to crack, about 12 minutes. Let cool on the trays 5 minutes, then use a thin metal spatula to transfer cookies to a wire rack to cool completely.

Title says it all. DO NOT OVERBAKE THEM, or you will be sorry. Best to pull them out when they look a little raw and let them harden a bit on the cookie sheet. I have given these as gifts, sold them, and made them for guests, but I never have any left over by the end of the day.
They are also very pretty, with the nice "broken" top characteristic of Snicks.

- Bake 7 or 8 minutes, until they have spread out and have JUST started to turn brown. Remove from cookie sheets and place cookies on cooling rack to cool and set a little. If they're not completely cooked when they come out of the oven, let them cook a bit more on the cookie sheets, out of the oven. 7-8 minutes will make a nice, chewy cookie with a little crispness on the bottom.

- Allow cookie dough to sit at room temperature for 10 minutes. Place into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the paddle attachment and mix on low speed to break up the dough. Add ground cinnamon and mix on low speed until distributed throughout the dough. Scoop dough by the tablespoon and roll into balls. Set aside. Spread parchment paper over a work surface or on a baking sheet. Place 6 ounces of finely chopped chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring after each interval, until chocolate is melted. Check the temperature of the chocolate; it should be 110 degrees F. If it is too cool, heat it for 5 second intervals until the proper temperature is reached. Stir in remaining 2 ounces of roughly chopped chocolate until it has melted and the chocolate cools to 87 degrees F. Dunk each ball of cookie dough into melted chocolate, spooning melted chocolate over the surface until coated. Use a fork to scoop each ball out, gently shaking off the excess chocolate back into the bowl, then place truffle onto the parchment paper. While chocolate is still wet, sprinkle a tiny bit of cinnamon on the top of the truffle. Repeat with remaining dough balls. If chocolate starts to get too cool (starts hardening on the side of the bowl), return it to the microwave for 5 seconds and stir before continuing. Allow truffles to set up at room temperature for 5-10 minutes, until chocolate has hardened.
