Fold in chocolate chips. Fill greased or paper-lined muffin cups three-fourths full., Bake at 400° for 15-18 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing to a wire rack.

Stir in oats and raisins. , Fill 18 greased or paper-lined muffin cups two-thirds full. In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar, flour and pie spice; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle 1 rounded teaspoon over each muffin. Bake until a toothpick comes out clean, 15-20 minutes., Cool for 5 minutes before removing from pan to a wire rack. Serve warm.
