1/2 cup butter
salt or pepper
8 ounces egg noodles, cooked according to directions
3 garlic cloves, crushed
2 tablespoons olive oil

Steps:

  • Heat Olive oil in medium skillet over medium heat.
  • Add garlic, cook 2-3 minutes.
  • Add 1/2 stick of butter, melt completely.
  • Add noodles and toss with salt and pepper to taste.
  • (You may want to add more butter according to your preferences!

6 ounces uncooked dried wide egg noodles
1/4 cup Land O Lakes® Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt
1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh garlic
1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon coarse ground pepper
Chopped fresh parsley, if desired

Steps:

  • Cook noodles in salted water according to package directions. Drain; set aside.
  • Melt Butter with Olive Oil & Sea Salt in large saucepan. Add garlic. Cook over medium-high heat, watching closely, 3-5 minutes or until butter foams and just starts to turn delicate golden color. Remove from heat. Stir in noodles until well coated. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and pepper. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Serve immediately.
