1 can (15 ounces) garbanzo beans or chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1-1/2 cups coarsely chopped English cucumber (about 1/2 medium)

1 medium tomato, seeded and chopped
1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1/4 teaspoon salt

5 cups torn mixed salad greens
1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese

Steps:

Place the first 11 ingredients in a large bowl; toss to combine. Sprinkle with cheese.

Ingredients

1 pound ground beef
1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 package McCormick® Chili Seasoning Mix, Original
1 can (14 1/2 oz) diced tomatoes undrained
1 can (14 oz) reduced sodium beef broth
2 tbsps tomato paste
1 1/2 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Steps:

Cook ground beef, bell pepper and onion in large skillet on medium-high heat 4 to 5 minutes or until beef is browned. Add Seasoning Mix; stir until well mixed.
Stir in tomatoes, beef broth and tomato paste. Bring to boil. Stir in macaroni. Reduce heat to medium; cover and cook 10 minutes or until pasta is tender.
Sprinkle with cheese; cover. Let stand 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Remove air bubbles and adjust headspace, if necessary, by adding hot mixture. Wipe rims. Center lids on jars; screw on bands until fingertip tight., Place jars into canner with simmering water, ensuring that they are completely covered with water. Bring to a boil; process for 10 minutes. Remove jars and cool.
