Steps:
- Preparar un almíbar espesito con el azúcar y menos de un litro de agua. Dejar enfriar. Cortar la vainilla en trocitos.
- En un bol grande, colocar las 12 yemas y revolver bien.
- Añadir la leche fría y cruda.
- Cuando todo esté bien unido, juntar con el almíbar frío y poner al fuego.
- Revolver hasta que se corta en grumos grandes.
- Revolver despacio hasta espesar y dorar.

- Place the cream and sugar into the bowl of a stand mixer with the whisk attachment and whip until stiff peaks are formed. Add the sour cream and whisk to combine. Add the marshmallows, orange, pineapple, coconut, pecans and cherries and stir to combine. Transfer to a glass serving bowl, cover and place in the refrigerator for 2 hours before serving.
