1 cup(s) medjool dates, pitted
1/4 cup(s) ground golden flax seed (organic)
1/2 cup(s) raw almonds
1/2 cup(s) raw walnuts
1/2 cup(s) peanut butter, can be smooth or chuncky
1 teaspoon(s) pure vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon(s) sea salt

Steps:

  • Place almonds and walnuts in the food processor or blender and process them until they become a fine powder. If you want the cookies to be a little bit crunchy, don’t process nuts long.
  • Add the peanut butter, vanilla, dates and salt into the food processor and process the ingredients until the mixture starts to form a dough.
  • Form the dough into balls and place on a sheet of parchment paper. Press each ball with a fork to make the classic peanut butter cookie pattern.
  • You can eat them right away and or wrap them up and let them chill in your fridge. Enjoy !
