Ranch Meatloaf

¾ pound ground beef
1 egg
2 tablespoons Hidden Valley® Original Ranch Salad® Dressing & Seasoning Mix Shaker
13 cup dry bread crumbs

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350°F.

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl, but avoid excessive handling for a moist meatloaf. Form into a loaf and place in a baking dish or loaf pan.
  • Bake for 40–45 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.

  • Remove from oven and let the meatloaf stand covered for 10–15 minutes before slicing.

2 pounds ground beef
¾ cup almond flour
½ cup Parmesan cheese
1 (1-ounce) Hidden Valley Original Ranch Salad Dressing, Seasoning and Recipe Mix Packet
2 eggs
¼ cup ketchup

Steps:

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan and set aside.
  • In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except ketchup until well blended, taking care not to overmix. Transfer the mixture into the loaf pan.
  • Bake for 40 minutes. Remove from oven and if using, spread the top with the ketchup. Return to the oven and bake for another 20 minutes, until cooked through and internal temperature reaches 160°F. If you don’t want to use ketchup, bake for 60 minutes total.
  • Let rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
