ORIGINAL RANCH CHEESEBURGERS RECIPE - HIDDEN VALLEY
Our original ranch cheeseburger recipe will take your average beef patty to the next level. Enjoy all the delicious flavors of Hidden Valley® Ranch in every bite you take.

Steps:
- Preheat the grill or broiler.
- In a large bowl, combine seasoning mix with the beef and cheese and mix with clean hands until incorporated. Shape the meat into four ¼ pound burgers about 1-inch thick. Grill the burgers about 5 minutes on each side for a medium-well burger.
- Serve immediately on the hamburger buns.
Optional: top with lettuce, tomato, onion.
Optional: top with your favorite bottled Hidden Valley® Ranch Secret Sauce for extra ranch flavor.

- Preheat oven to 425°. In a large skillet, cook beef and onion over medium heat until meat is no longer pink; drain. Add beans, tomatoes, chili powder and Worcestershire sauce; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes., Transfer to an 11x7-in. baking dish coated with cooking spray. For topping, in a small bowl, combine flour, cornmeal, sugar, baking powder and salt. Combine egg, milk and oil; stir into dry ingredients just until moistened. Spoon over filling; gently spread to cover the top., Bake, uncovered, 14-18 minutes or until filling is bubbly and a toothpick inserted into topping comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before cutting.
