Eating radish is better than eating ginseng. The good name of radish: it is called small ginseng. Turnips are delicious no matter how you cook them. There are too many ways to eat stew, stir-fry, make soup, and make turnip cakes. A bowl of radish stew with radish, the radish is quickly eaten and there is a lot of meat left. Radishes are particularly delicious because they absorb enough gravy.

1000 grams pork
1 scoop Vegetable oil
1 scoop Soy sauce
1 scoop Cooking wine
Right amount Aniseed
1 scoop salt

Steps:

  • Fresh green radish, cut into large pieces and set aside
  • The cut meat is blanched in boiling water to remove the greasy taste
  • Take out the blanched meat and set aside
  • Stir-fry the meat in a pan with hot oil, green onion and ginger, add light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, etc
  • Add appropriate amount of water, cover the pot, simmer on low heat and bring to a boil
  • The skin is soft and rotten, put the radish and simmer for about 20 minutes
