It's a milkshake with black tapioca pearl. It's very tasteful and flavorful.

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 tbsp strawberry powder ((substitute to mango powder or ube powder))
1/2 cup fresh milk
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2-2.5 cups ice cube
1 cup black tapioca pearl
2 Litre water ((for cooking tapioca))
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/3 cup hot water

Steps:

  • Bring the water to boil and add black tapioca pearl. Simmer for 30 minutes. Keep stirring. Let it sit for another 30 minutes then rinse thoroughly.
  • Melt the 1/2 cup brown sugar in the 1/3 cup of hot water and add tapioca pearl. Set aside to cool off.
  • Combine milk, ice cube, powder juice such strawberry, granulated sugar/white sugar in a blender. Shake it for 20-30 seconds or until the ice cube completely crush.
  • Pour the tapioca pearl with syrup in the tall glass and add the strawberry milkshake. Enjoy!
