BAKED PUMPKIN FRITTERS RECIPE - PILLSBURY.COM
The best kinds of treats are the ones you can eat for both breakfast and dessert. These fall-flavored fritters start with cut-up biscuits tossed with pecans, pumpkin and spice, and end with a sweet pumpkin glaze.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Line large cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper; spray with cooking spray. Separate dough into 8 biscuits; cut each biscuit into 10 pieces.
- In large bowl, mix biscuit pieces, pecans, 1/4 cup canned pumpkin, granulated sugar and 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice until well mixed. Spoon heaping 1/4 cupfuls dough on cookie sheet; shape and press dough into 12 (3-inch) fritters. Drizzle with melted butter. Bake 14 to 18 minutes or until golden brown. Cool 2 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in medium bowl, beat powdered sugar, 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, 1 tablespoon canned pumpkin and 2 tablespoons half-and-half with whisk until smooth glaze forms. If necessary, add additional half-and-half, 1 teaspoon at a time, until desired consistency. Set aside until fritters have finished baking. Spoon glaze over tops of warm fritters. Cool 3 to 5 minutes or until glaze is set before serving. Serve warm.

Steps:
- Peel and cut the pumpkin into cubes
- In a saucepan, put the milk and pumpkin over medium-high heat.
- When it has cooked, put the pumpkin in the blender glass and grind
- In half a glass of the cooking milk we dissolve the baker's yeast
- Add the sifted flour to the mixer bowl.
- Add a pinch of salt, the raising agent, the dissolved yeast and beat well
- Put the dough in a bowl, cover with film and leave in the oven with the door ajar.
- Let stand 2 hours
- Make round dough balls with a hole in the middle until the dough runs out
- We put air fryer paper in the basket and place those that enter on top (without piling up)
- We cook in the airfryer at 200 ºC for 8 minutes
- Half time we flip everyone
