Number Of Ingredients 15

1 cup raw cashews
1 cup raw almonds
1 cup raw hazelnuts
1 cup pistachios
1/2 cup chia seeds
1/2 cup flaxseeds
1/2 cup hemp seeds
1/2 cup buckwheat
1/4 cup black sesame seed
1/2 cup currants
1 tablespoon Himalayan salt
1 tablespoon grape seed oil
4 cups pitted dried dates
1 to 4 tablespoons of coconut oil

Steps:

  • Measure out your ingredients.
  • Add them all to your food processor, leaving the coconut oil until last.
  • Mix the ingredients together until they have the texture somewhere between grains of rice and breadcrumbs.
  • If the mixture needs some extra moisture, add the coconut oil a little bit at a time.
  • The mixture should be pliable and easy to shape into bite-sized pieces.
  • Lay baking paper on a baking tray.
  • Roll the pulse into balls and lay them onto the baking tray.
  • Place in the freezer to chill for 10 minutes. This will allow the oils to set a bit.
  • Place the pulse into zip-lock bags or an airtight container. Also suitable for vacuum seal bags.
  • Your pulse is ready to snack on as soon as it’s mixed. So feel free to have a taste.
