1 Whole Corn
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Red Chilli Powder
For Basting
1 tbsp President Butter
1 tsp Lemon Juice
¼ tsp Lemon Zest
1 tbsp Chopped Coriander

Steps:

Take a whole corn and roast it evenly on all sides on open flame.
In a bowl, mix salt and red chilli pepper powder.
In another bowl, mix all the basting ingredients.
Take a brush and apply the basting evenly on the corn.
Take a half cut lemon and apply the salt and red chilli powder mix on the corn and serve

3 cup frozen/Fresh sweet corn
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 pinch garam masala powder
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes
2 teaspoon butter
2 tablespoon black pepper
Salt as required

Steps:

Wash corn properly and boil them in a pressure cooker.
Take a walk, keep it on medium heat and melt butter in it.
After the butter melts, add sweet corn, chilli flakes, black pepper, garam masala and salt to the wok and mix well.
In the end add lemon juice and saute well for 1 minute or two.
Garnish with coriander leaf and serve it hot.
