- Combine sugar and 1 cup water in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring often, until sugar dissolves. Remove from heat. Stir in lemon and lime juices. Cover and chill.

Strain into the salt-rimmed margarita glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and olive in the glass. Voila, here you have a Perfect Margarita!
