1 cup sour cream
1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
1/8 teaspoon onion salt
1/8 teaspoon paprika
1 package (12 ounces) potato chips, crushed
2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch strips
1/4 cup butter, melted
Salsa, barbecue sauce or sweet-and-sour sauce

Steps:

In a shallow bowl, combine sour cream and seasonings. Place crushed potato chips in another shallow bowl. Dip chicken strips in sour cream mixture, then coat with potato chips. Place in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan. Drizzle with butter. , Bake at 400° for 20-22 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink. Serve with salsa or sauce.
Freeze option: Transfer cooled chicken strips to an airtight container; freeze. To use, reheat chicken strips in a greased 15x10x1-in. baking pan in a preheated 400° oven until crisp and heated through.

Ingredients

12 oz egg noodles
2 tsp onion powder
2 1/2 cups Water
10 oz tuna (2 (5 oz) cans, drained)
1 cup frozen peas
20 oz condensed cream of mushroom soup (canned or homemade)
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
3/4 cup crushed plain potato chips (optional)

Steps:

Place pasta and onion powder in the Instant Pot. Add water and stir to combine.
Layer tuna, frozen peas, and soup evenly on top of pasta--do not stir.
Secure the lid, making sure the vent is closed.
Using the display panel select the MANUAL function*. Use the +/- keys and program the Instant Pot for 4 minutes.
When the time is up, quick-release the pressure.
Add cheese and stir until melted.
Optional: Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and cover with crushed potato chips. Place under the broiler for 2-3 minutes.
