AIR FRYER SWEET POTATO SLICES - RECIPE THIS
Air Fryer Sweet Potato Slices. How to cook delicious crispy sweet potato slices in the air fryer. Ideal for a quick snack or a quick side dish or for loading on top of a comforting casserole.

Steps:
- Peel and slice your sweet potatoes into medium slices.
- Load your sweet potatoes into a bowl with your seasonings and extra virgin olive oil and use your hands to thoroughly mix them.
- Load the sweet potato slices into the air fryer basket and cook for 15 minutes at 180c/360f.
- Shake the air fryer basket, check with a fork that your potatoes are cooked and cook for a further 10 minutes at 200c/400f.
- Serve and enjoy

- Stir two-thirds of the creamy onions into the potato and celeriac purée. Season to taste. If making in advance, cover the surface of the mash and the sauce with cling film, then set aside. Can now be frozen or made up to a day ahead. Just before serving, gently reheat the mash and reserved sauce. Spoon the mash into a serving bowl, pour the sauce on top and turn it over a few times to loosely mix. Make a well in the centre and drop in the remaining knob of butter.
