Spicy Oil Potato Shreds recipe - Simple Chinese Food image

The baby especially likes to eat cold potato shreds in the noodle shop. Every time I go to eat ramen, I have to have a plate. It is spicy and crispy and super delicious. I tried it at home. It is simple and convenient. The sourness of rice vinegar is added with potatoes. The crispy taste of silk is sour and spicy, and the aftertaste is endless.

2 pcs potato
Right amount water
3 grams salt
5 grams Green onion oil
5 grams Chili oil
6 grams Rice vinegar
5 grams Luhua tastes very fresh

Steps:

  • Peel the potatoes, wash and sprinkle them into thin threads, soak in water for one minute.
  • Take it out to control the water, add an appropriate amount of water to the pot, add the potato shreds after the water is boiled, and blanch the potato shreds for about 40 seconds until the potato shreds change color.
  • Remove the controlled dry water, add all the seasonings and mix well.

2 cups water
1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles (such as Maruchan® Instant Lunch), seasoning packet discarded
¼ cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1 teaspoon ground paprika

Steps:

  • Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan. Remove from heat and add ramen. Let stand until softened, about 2 minutes. Drain excess water.
  • Mix maple syrup, cumin, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and paprika together in a bowl. Mix in noodles using 2 forks.
