I’ve made this a couple times. Both times I used boneless pork chops that I pounded with a meat tenderizer. Suggestion: mix the paprika in with the flour salt & pepper. If you mix the paprika in with the panko bread crumbs, the paprika just falls through the bread crumbs into the bottom of the bowl. It really won’t mix with the bread crumbs.
