This is a light and lovely salad dressing that lends itself well to a simple and elegant salad. I love to use it on a salad of butter lettuce, arugula, goat cheese, and caramelized pecans - simply delicious!

Number Of Ingredients 8

1 ripe pear - peeled, cored, and chopped
½ cup white wine
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
¼ cup white balsamic vinegar
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
¼ teaspoon sea salt
½ cup olive oil

Steps:

  • Blend the pear, white wine, garlic, Dijon mustard, white balsamic vinegar, black pepper, and sea salt in a blender until well combined; drizzle the olive oil into the mixture in a thin, steady stream while continuing to blend. Blend a few seconds longer until the salad dressing is thick and creamy.n

Grilled Pork Tenderloin Recipe | Allrecipes image

This is one of my family's favorites. This pork recipe is always tender and juicy. Serve with additional barbeque sauce for dipping.

Cook Time 45 minutes

Yield 6 servings

Number Of Ingredients 5

2 (1 pound) pork tenderloins
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 cup barbeque sauce

Steps:

  • Prepare grill for indirect heat.
  • Season meat with garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  • Lightly oil grate. Place tenderloin on grate, and position drip pan under meat. Cook over indirect heat for 30 minutes.
  • Brush tenderloin with barbeque sauce. Continue cooking for 15 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer inserted into the center reads 145 degrees F (63 degrees C). Allow pork to rest for 10 minutes. Slice pork, and serve with additional barbeque sauce for dipping.

In a small bowl, whisk egg and milk; brush over tops. Cuts slits in crust., Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown. Carefully remove pies to wire racks. Serve warm.
