PARMESAN-THYME POPCORN | RECIPES | WW USA
Cheesy, herby popcorn is flavorful, impressive, and super-easy to make. Using aged Parmigiano-Reggiano cheese is what makes this popcorn really stand out: Reggiano is denser and more flavorful than regular Parmesan, especially the pre-grated, store-bought stuff, so you get big impact from a relatively small amount. For the ideal texture, grate the cheese with a microplane or through the small holes of a box grater. Bring out the best of the Reggiano by adding some dried thyme, garlic powder, and a little bit of salt. Toss the cheese mixture and popcorn all together, and you're ready for a well-earned, upgraded movie night treat.
