THREE-CHEESE FONDUE RECIPE: HOW TO MAKE IT

Steps:
- Whisk together the first 6 ingredients until smooth in a large saucepan. Heat mixture over medium heat until slightly thickened, stirring constantly, 5-7 minutes., Reduce heat to low; gradually add 1/2 cup cheese, stirring constantly with a figure-eight motion, until cheese is melted (cheese will separate from wine mixture). Gradually add remaining cheese, allowing cheese to melt between additions. Cook and stir until thickened and mixture is blended and smooth, 4-5 minutes. , Transfer to a fondue pot and keep warm. Serve with bread cubes, potatoes and/or pickles.

- In 2-quart heavy saucepan, heat half-and-half and chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth; remove from heat. Stir in liqueur. Pour into fondue pot or chafing dish.
- Spear Dippers with fondue forks; dip into fondue. (If fondue becomes too thick, stir in a small amount of half-and-half.)

- In a shallow bowl, mix bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese and basil. Place flour and eggs in separate shallow bowls. Dip ravioli in flour to coat both sides; shake off excess. Dip in egg, then in crumb mixture, patting to help coating adhere., In a deep cast-iron or electric skillet, heat 1/2 in. of oil to 375°. Fry ravioli, a few at a time, until golden brown, 1-2 minutes on each side. Drain on paper towels. If desired, immediately sprinkle with basil and cheese. Serve warm with marinara sauce.
