Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- In a medium baking dish, mix the cream cheese, sour cream, oregano, red pepper flakes, pizza sauce, green onions, garlic, Cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese and red bell pepper.
- Bake in the preheated oven 5 minutes, or until bubbly and lightly brown.

Steps:
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise, mozzarella and parmesan together and spread on the bottom of a pie plate.
- Spread pizza sauce on top of the cheese mixture.
- Add pepperoni, green peppers and black olives
- Top with remaining mozzarella and parmesan cheese. Bake in a preheated 350F oven until cheese is melted, bubbling and golden brown. About 20 minutes.
- Serve with pita chips, pizza crust, bread sticks or toasted french bread.
