1 package(s) 3 oz jello, cherry
1 1/2 can(s) fruit cocktail
1 - container of cool whip
1 package(s) halved walnuts

Steps:

Mix all ingredients except walnuts, in a large bowl , make sure fruit is drained and towel dry.. Don't want any moisture. Refrigerate until completely chilled about 2 hours
When you about to serve, put walnut in ans mix well..
