PINK DRINK WITH COLD FOAM RECIPES

Steps:

• Start by pouring six tablespoons of Organic Passion Tea into a french press. I'm choosing a french press because I'll be able to absorb all the flavor I can from this tea.
• Fill up the rest of your french press with hot water.
• Place your french press into your freezer for 45-60 minutes to steep and cool. 
• Alternatively, place into refrigerator until cool (This will make a stronger concentrate) OR add ice cubes until cool (this will make the weakest but fastest batch)
• While our tea steeps, you'll want to dice up fresh strawberries for later. We're doing one strawberry per glass, or three strawberries total.
• Mix your passion tea concentrate with 1 cup of white grape juice, 1/4 cup – 1/2 cup of coconut milk, and 1 tablespoon of simple syrup.
• Combine two teaspoons of simple syrup with one tablespoon of matcha in a mixing glass.
• Add 1/2 a cup of half-and-half. Cold foam will grow in size, so we don't need a lot of milk.
• With all of your ingredients in your mixing cup, begin to froth the milk. Frothing takes about 3-5 minutes, and you'll know it's ready when it's a beautiful green color with thick foam.
• Fill your glasses with ice and your strawberries.
• Pour your pink drink first, leave room for your matcha cold foam
• Slowly pour your matcha cold foam onto the floating ice. Pour slowly as to ensure the cold foam and tea don't mix instantly.

Steps:

• Make the matcha vanilla cold foam: In a medium bowl, combine the milk, heavy cream, sugar, vanilla, and matcha. Blend with an immersion blender until thick and foamy, about 3 minutes.
• Make the pink drink: In a large glass, stir together the strawberry açaí refresher and coconut milk. Add the freeze-dried strawberries and ice and top with the matcha vanilla cold foam.
