1 can (13.8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Classic Crust Pizza Crust
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin pie mix (not plain pumpkin)
1 egg yolk
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray.
  • Unroll 1 can (13.8 oz) Pillsbury™ refrigerated classic pizza crust onto cookie sheet; press to 14x9-inch rectangle. Bake 8 minutes.
  • In medium bowl, mix 1 can (15 oz) pumpkin pie mix (not plain pumpkin) and 1 egg yolk with whisk. Measure 1/2 cup powdered sugar; reserve 1 tablespoon of the powdered sugar, then stir remaining powdered sugar into pumpkin mixture. Spread mixture in thick layer all over pizza crust. Carefully roll up crust, starting with shorter edge. Try not to squeeze, or the pumpkin will ooze out.
  • Lightly spray 9x5-inch loaf pan with cooking spray. Place roll seam side down in pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden. Remove from pan; cool completely. Sprinkle top of roll with reserved powdered sugar; cut into 1-inch slices. Top 1 cup frozen whipped topping, thawed. Enjoy!

2/3 cup granulated sugar
3 cans (17.5 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Grands!™ Pumpkin Spice Rolls with Pumpkin Spice Icing (5 Count)
1/3 cup chopped unwrapped caramels or caramel bits
1/3 cup chopped pecans or walnuts
3/4 cup butter
1 cup packed brown sugar

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Butter 15-cup fluted tube cake pan. Place granulated sugar in resealable food-storage plastic bag.
  • Separate dough from all cans into 15 rolls. Cut each roll into quarters to make 60 pieces. Place about 15 roll pieces in bag with sugar; shake to coat.
  • Arrange pieces in pan. Top with one-third of chopped caramels and pecans. Repeat layers ending with roll pieces.
  • In microwavable bowl, microwave butter on High until melted. Stir in brown sugar. Pour over roll pieces.
  • Bake 40 to 45 minutes. Remove from oven to cooling rack. Cool in pan 15 to 20 minutes. Place cooling rack upside down over pan; turn rack and pan over. Remove pan.
  • Spoon icing into small microwavable bowl. Microwave on High a few seconds or until icing can be poured. Pour over monkey bread. To serve, pull apart pieces of bread.
