BIG BIRTHDAY COOKIE RECIPE - PILLSBURY.COM

Using only three ingredients—Pillsbury™ chocolate chip cookies, decorating icing and (of course) sprinkles—this big-as-a-birthday-balloon cookie is soft, chewy and easy to customize with your guest of honor’s favorite toppings and colors.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. In ungreased 12-inch pizza pan, break up cookie dough. With floured fingers, press dough evenly in bottom of pan. (DO NOT EAT RAW COOKIE DOUGH AFTER PRESSING DOUGH IN PAN WITH FLOURED FINGERS.)
- Bake 15 to 20 minutes or until golden brown. Cool completely, about 30 minutes. Decorate as desired with decorating icing and candy sprinkles. Cut into wedges or squares.

- Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and prepare three 8 inch cake pans with shortening and a dusting of flour. Line pans with parchment or wax paper. Mix cake mixes together according to box instructions. Then add remaining ingredients. Bake at 325 degrees until cakes spring back when touched in the center. This makes a lot of cake batter. You can bake up and freeze any extra layers, tightly wrapped, or you can half the recipe. If you half the recipe, I would use the spice cake mix rather than the white.
