PILI PILI (SPICY HERB OIL) RECIPE - NYT COOKING
This spicy oil with an African name is popular throughout Provence. It’s usually on the table in pizzerias for drizzling, but it’s also terrific drizzled over vegetables, grilled meats or fish, grains and bread – whatever you want to add a kick to. In France it is made with very hot bird chilies. You could use fresh Thai chilies for this, but I’m using dried chiles de arbol, because that’s what I have on hand and it makes an oil that will last for months.

SHRIMP PIL PIL RECIPE | ALLRECIPES
This is a wonderful dish that I had while on the coast of Spain. It should be enjoyed with a good white wine or sangria, and warm crusty bread. I could not find a recipe that came close to what I had in Spain so I came up with this recipe myself. It is a big hit with family and friends. Enjoy. This can be made ahead of time and the recipe can doubled.

African recipe was something i never tried, but after trying this i became hard core fan of this wonderful recipe. The name African Pili Pili Fried Chicken Recipe seems to be very catchy, and when i go through recipe and ingredients , its almost all Indian spices used in except for few twist in methods which makes the dish taste awesome. African pili pili fried chicken is bit spicy , so adjust spice elements according your tolerance. I used chicken thighs for today's preparation, but you may use whole chicken cut to big pieces. African Pili Pili Fried Chicken Recipe needs chicken to be marinated with red chili powder , ginger garlic, paprika powder ,salt and lemon juice. Better keep marinated chicken pieces overnight to enhance taste and flavor. Atleast three hours marination is needed. Apart from marinating time, its quite quick and easy recipe. And i wonder how chicken pieces turned to such a mouthwatering dishes with few ingredients. I just deep fried the marinated chicken pieces , but i think we can grill it in oven for a healthy version. Recipe is not over - fried chicken pieces are again sauteed in a sauce of  butter with paprika powder and chili powder followed by corn starch. This step gives an additional moist spicy coating to our fried chicken. Serve this delicious chicken fry with fresh veg salad and flat breads for lunch dinner or breakfast. This scrumptious chicken fry was hit in my family, sure its a real treat for all spice lovers.
