Ingredients

Cooking spray
1 (8-oz.) tube refrigerated crescent dough
3 tbsp. melted butter
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. pure vanilla extract
Pinch kosher salt
1 large egg
1 1/3 c. roughly chopped pecans

Steps:

Preheat oven to 375° and grease a mini muffin tin with cooking spray. On a clean surface, roll out crescent dough, and pinch together seams. Cut into 24 squares. Place squares into muffin tin slots. In a medium bowl, combine melted butter, sugar, corn syrup, vanilla, salt, and egg. Add pecans and toss to coat. Spoon mixture into crusts and bake until set and crust is golden, 15 to 18 minutes. Let cool to room temperature, then refrigerate for 30 minutes or until chilled.
