3 quart. vinegar to 1 quart. water
Add in pickling spices
Pickling salt to taste
Tiny jalapeno chilies

Steps:

  • Boil all ingredients together for 20 min. Cold before pouring into jars filled with cooked pig's ears or possibly pig's feet. Allow to stay in the mix at least 1 month before serving.
