How To Make Vietnamese Coffee (

Learning how to make Vietnamese coffee is really easy. It simply needs you to have the right filter and some condensed milk, and then you can follow a series of simple steps to make it in no time.

Prep Time 3 minutes

Cook Time 7 minutes

Number Of Ingredients 4

25 gram of ground dark coffee
100ml hot water
30ml condensed milk (optional)
Ice (optional)

Steps:

  • Put 25gram of coffee into the coffee filter and press the filter press down as hard as you can
  • Add 10ml of hot water to filter lid and let the bottom of the filter bloom for 10 seconds
  • Put filter on top of your mug. Add 30ml of condense milk to the mug if you'd like it sweet. Add 10ml of hot water to the top of filter and let bloom for 10 seconds.
  • Slowly pour hot water into the filter all the way to the top while taking out the filter press. Let brew for 5-7 minutes.
  • If you'd like it cold, add ice to the cup, mix well and enjoy your drink.
