A delicious noodle dish with chicken and shrimp and the trademark curry flavor. You can get the fried shallots you need in this recipe in little jars at the Asian markets. They sell fried garlic as well.

Steps:
- Boil rice stick noodles for 2 minutes or until just soft.
- Rinse under hot water and drain.
- Toss noodles with 2 tbsp oil and keep warm.
- To prepare sauce, mix vinegar with curry powder and turmeric until blended.
- Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, Sriracha, and ketchup, mixing well.
- Set sauce aside until needed.
- Stir-fry shrimp and chicken with remaining 2 tbsp of oil until until cooked through.
- Add garlic, cabbage, tomatoes and carrots and cook for one minute more.
- Stir in sauce mixture until everything is evenly coated.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes more or until dish is heated through.
- Toss noodles with chopped scallions, cilantro and sesame oil.
- Garnish with fried shallots, if desired.

PF CHANG'S ORANGE PEEL CHICKEN RECIPE - TOP SECRET RECIPES

Chang's top-selling items are similar in preparation technique: bite-size pieces of meat are lightly breaded and wok-seared in oil, then doused with a secret sauce mixture. This PF Chang's copycat recipe is made the same way. The heat in the citrusy sauce comes from chili garlic sauce, which you'll find in the aisle with the Asian foods in your supermarket—the rest of the sauce ingredients are common stuff. The orange peel is julienned into thin strips before adding it to the dish. Since the flavor from the peel is so strong, we won't need to add it until the end. Cook up some white or brown rice to serve alongside this dish and get the chopsticks ready.

Finally -- The VEGGIE Version! After scouring the internet for the vegetarian lettuce wraps, I finally broke down and decided to tweak the ubiquitous chicken recipe and this worked out great! The cooking sauce is from the original recipe but is enough for two batches of the veggie version so make go ahead and make the full recipe and reserve half for another batch. Save in a jar and store in the fridge until needed.
Another tip: when buying bamboo shoots, get the strips. This will cut down on prep time as all you have to do is dice these.
I've also included a sauce for adding to the individual wraps after cooking (just like in the restaurant!) I like my sauce spicy so you may want to experiment with the ingredients for a milder version.
