Steps:
- Pour water into the inner pot and place in your Instant Pot.
- Place eggs in the inner pot on the included steam rack.
- Set steam release to the Sealing position.
- Select Pressure Cook or Manual, set to High pressure and adjust to 5 minutes.
- After cooking, let sit 5 minutes for Natural Release, then Quick Release.
- Let soak in ice water bath for 5 minutes for fast cooling and easy peeling.

- Place eggs in a large saucepan. Cover them with cool water by 1 inch. Slowly bring water to a boil over medium heat; when the water has reached a boil, cover and remove from heat. Let sit 12 minutes.
- Transfer eggs to a colander; place under cool running water to stop the cooking. Eggs can be peeled and served immediately.
