PEPPERONI SANDWICH RECIPE - FOOD.COM
This was something that I made when I was running low on food so I used what I had. I discovered I should do that more often because it came out really good and it's inexpensive. It's made on B&M brown bread. The amount of cheese isn't exact, change it to suit your taste.

Steps:
- Take Brown Bread out of the can, cut two slices.
- On one half tear up the American cheese and spread it across the bread.
- Place a layer of Pepperoni on top of the American cheese.
- Place the Parmesan cheese on top of the Pepperoni.
- On other half of bread sprinkle the shredded Mozzarella.
- Put another layer of Pepperoni on top of the Mozzarella.
- Put the two halves together.
- Wrap in a paper towel and microwave it for 1 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melting all around. Enjoy!

- "Put pepperonis on the panini grill and cook till somewhat crisp. Once you remove them, grab several paper towels layered together and soak/wipe up the grease. Layer 10 pepperonis on each slice of bread. Brush on a thin layer of sauce on top of pepperonis on each slice of bread. Place mozzarella on one side of bread. Brush thin layer of Pesto on top of cheese. Place two halves together, lightly spray outsides of bread with butter, place on grill until cheese melts or desired darkness."

- Spread 3 tablespoons butter on 1 side of bread slices. Place bread, butter side down, in a large cast-iron skillet or electric griddle over medium-low heat until golden brown, 2-3 minutes; remove. In a small bowl, combine cheddar, Monterey Jack and Gruyere. In another bowl, mix together remaining 3 tablespoons butter, mayonnaise, Manchego cheese and onion powder., To assemble sandwiches, top toasted side of 4 bread slices with pepperoni; add sliced Brie. Sprinkle cheddar cheese mixture evenly over Brie. Top with remaining bread slices, toasted side facing inward. Spread the butter-mayonnaise mixture on the outsides of each sandwich. Place in same skillet and cook until golden brown and cheese is melted, 5-6 minutes on each side. Serve immediately.

- Preheat oven to 350° and grease a 9"-x-13" baking sheet with cooking spray. Place one unrolled can of crescents on prepared baking sheet and pinch together seams. Layer ham, pepperoni, provolone, mozzarella, and pepperoncini. Unroll remaining tube of crescent dough and place on top of pepperoncini. Pinch together seams to seal. Brush oil all over top of crescent dough, then sprinkle with Parmesan and oregano. Bake until dough is golden and cooked through, about 35 minutes. (If dough is browning too quickly, cover with foil.) Let cool at least 15 minutes before slicing into squares.
