These pizza-inspired pinwheels are the ultimate triple threat: simple enough for an after-school snack, tasty enough for a kid-approved dinner and impressive enough for a party-ready appetizer.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray cookie sheet with cooking spray, or line with cooking parchment paper.
- On large cutting board, unroll dough sheet; spread pizza sauce over dough, leaving about 1/2 inch on 1 long side uncovered. Sprinkle sauce with Italian seasoning.
- Top with sausage, pepperoni, bell pepper and cheese. Starting with topped long side, firmly roll up dough toward uncovered edge; pinch seam to seal tightly.
- Using sharp serrated knife, cut roll into 9 equal slices. Place cut side down on cookie sheet with 7 slices in circle, sides touching; place 2 slices in center. Bake 16 to 20 minutes or until dough is deep golden brown and baked through. Serve with additional pizza sauce, if desired.

- Preheat oven to 400°. In a large saucepan, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink; drain. Add hot dogs, beans, ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and cheese cubes. Cook and stir until cheese is melted., Meanwhile, prick crust with a fork. Bake for 10 minutes. Fill with hot beef mixture. Cut each cheese slice into four strips; make a lattice topping over pie. Bake until cheese is melted, 5-10 minutes longer.

- In a large skillet, cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking it into crumbles; drain. Stir in the ketchup, brown sugar, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from the heat; set aside., Press each biscuit onto the bottom and up the sides of a greased muffin cup. Spoon beef mixture into cups; top with cheese cubes. Bake at 400° for 14-16 minutes or until cups are golden brown.
Freeze option: Freeze cooled pastries in a freezer container, separating layers with waxed paper. To use, thaw pastries in the refrigerator for 8 hours. Reheat on a baking sheet in a preheated 375° oven until heated through.
