1 can (8 oz) refrigerated Pillsbury™ Original Crescent Rolls (8 Count)
3 tablespoons packed brown sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 tablespoon butter, melted
3 tablespoons chopped pecans
1 egg, beaten

Steps:

  • Heat oven to 350°F. Line large cookie sheet with cooking parchment paper.
  • Separate dough into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle lengthwise to make 2 narrow triangles.
  • In small bowl, mix brown sugar and cinnamon. Brush triangles with melted butter. Sprinkle 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar mixture on each triangle. Top with chopped pecans. Roll up, starting at shortest side of triangle and rolling to opposite point; place point side down on cookie sheet. Brush each crescent with egg. Top with any remaining brown sugar mixture.
  • Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until crescents are deep golden brown and baked though.

3 cups all-purpose flour
½ cup white sugar
½ teaspoon salt
1 cup margarine
4 eggs
1?½ cups light corn syrup
1?½ cups white sugar
3 tablespoons margarine, melted
1?½ teaspoons vanilla extract
2?½ cups chopped pecans

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 10x15-inch jellyroll pan.
  • In a large bowl, stir together the flour, 1/2 cup sugar, and salt. Cut in 1 cup of margarine until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle the mixture evenly over the prepared pan, and press in firmly.
  • Bake for 20 minutes in the preheated oven.
  • While the crust is baking, prepare the filling. In a large bowl mix together the eggs, corn syrup, 1 1/2 cups sugar, 3 tablespoons margarine, and vanilla until smooth. Stir in the chopped pecans. Spread the filling evenly over the crust as soon as it comes out of the oven.
  • Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until set. Allow to cool completely on a wire rack before slicing into bars.

  • Let eggs stand at room temperature for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 350°. Next, mix the sugar, brown sugar, salt, corn syrup, butter, eggs, and vanilla together in a bowl.  Pour the chopped pecans in the bottom of the unbaked pie shell.  Pour the syrup mixture over the top. Cover top and crust lightly/gently with foil. Bake the pie for 30 minutes.
