SALTED PEANUT CHEWS RECIPE | MYRECIPES
My mother baked a bar cookie similar to this one when I was growing up. My brother and I liked them so well that we asked for them not only at Christmastime, but all year long. They taste like a popular peanut caramel candy bar. By request, I have taken these bars to several cookie swaps. (My husband can't wait for me to get home from the cookie swap--for obvious reasons!)--Gayle Sadler
