NUTELLA RECIPE: Now these are just insanity. Pure, unadulterated insanity, in the best possible way. These peanut butter nutella swirl cookies are absolutely wonderful. If you like peanut butter and nutella, you will love these. They are basically better versions of the classic peanut butter cookie. You make a peanut butter cookie dough, then swirl a generous amount of nutella into the dough before baking.

Steps:
- 01 - Preheat oven to 180C / 350F. 02 - In a small bowl combine Butter, Peanut Butter, Sugars, Egg, and Vanilla. Mix until well blended. 03 - Slowly, add the Flour. 04 - When the mixture is smooth and a Dough is formed, add the Baking Soda and Salt. 05 - Drizzle Nutella on top of the Dough then swirl it through the Dough with a butter knife. 06 - Chill the Dough in the fridge for about 30 minutes. 07 - Cut the Dought in many smaller pieces and roll them into balls by hand. 08 - Place all the balls on a tray covered with a parchment paper. 09 - Using a fork, press down the balls to flatten slightly. 10 - Bake for about 8 minutes ( or until the edge of the cookies start browning ). 11 - Once the cookies are ready allow them to cool before transferring on an oven rack to cool completely. Serve.
