Ingredients

1 cup creamy peanut butter
1?¼ cups white sugar
2 eggs
48 milk chocolate candy kisses, unwrapped

Steps:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Mix peanut butter, sugar and eggs until blended. With floured hands, roll level tablespoons of dough into balls.
Place balls 1 1/2 inches apart. Bake 12 - 14 minutes. Remove from pan, immediately place chocolate kiss in middle. Cool 1 - 2 minutes.

2 egg whites
? teaspoon cream of tartar
? cup white sugar
½ cup creamy peanut butter

Steps:

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F (150 degrees C).
Beat egg whites and cream of tarter until soft peaks form. Gradually add sugar, beating constantly until stiff. Fold in peanut butter until just mixed.
Drop teaspoonfuls of the batter onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven until lightly browned, about 25 minutes. Remove from the cookie sheet at once and cook completely on racks.
