CHERRY CREAM CHEESE PIE RECIPE | ALLRECIPES
This is one of my favorite and easiest recipes. It is always a hit at parties, bake sales, and pot-lucks. I have modified the original to decrease the fat and calories. It is still delicious.

Steps:
- Beat cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add sweetened condensed milk, and continue beating until smooth and combined. Add lemon juice and vanilla; mix well.
- Fill graham cracker crust evenly. Refrigerate until set; this will take between 2 to 4 hours. Just before serving, spread the cherry pie filling over the top of the pie.

This delicious creamy, peach pie-inspired breakfast casserole is perfect to serve for a weekend brunch, and it’s only 4 ingredients!

Steps:
- Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray.
- In large microwavable bowl, microwave cream cheese and powdered sugar uncovered on High 1 minute, stirring after 30 seconds, until softened. Stir until smooth; stir in peaches.
- Separate dough into 5 rolls; return icing to refrigerator. Cut each roll into 6 pieces, and stir into peach mixture. Spoon into baking dish.
- Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until bubbling around edges and dough is baked through in center. Cool 10 minutes. Transfer icing to small resealable food-storage plastic bag. Cut 1 corner with kitchen scissors; drizzle over mixture. Serve warm.

Great cream cheese pie. I was surprise with it way it turned out after adding sweet condense milk to it. Usually I would prepare my cream cheese pie using white powder sugar in place of sweet condense milk, but, n=enjoy both methods.

If your pies don't firm up, it's because you didn't use enough lemon juice. I use 1/2c instead of 1/3c, works perfectly and adds a bit of pucker. The old original Philly cream cheese pie recipe used 1/2c.
