Slow cookers are especially handy for creating deeply flavorful desserts with very little prep time. This peach cobbler can be prepared with fresh or frozen peaches.

Number Of Ingredients 6

4 cups fresh or frozen sliced peeled peaches
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup Original Bisquick™ mix
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup milk
Ice cream or whipped cream

Steps:

  • Spray 6-quart slow cooker with cooking spray. In large bowl, gently toss peaches and 1/4 cup of the sugar. Turn into slow cooker.
  • In medium bowl, gently beat Bisquick mix, sugar and milk with whisk until blended. Pour over peaches in slow cooker.
  • Cover; cook on low heat setting 3 hours or until cobbler is set in center.
  • Serve cobbler with ice cream.

Here's what you need: peach pie filling, vanilla cake mix, unsalted butter, walnuts, vanilla ice cream

42 oz peach pie filling, about 2 cans
1 box vanilla cake mix
8 oz unsalted butter, cut into small chunks
⅓ cup walnuts, optional
vanilla ice cream, optional, for serving

Steps:

  • Put peach pie filling in slow cooker. Then top with cake mix, butter, and walnuts.
  • Cook on high for 2-2.5 hours or until the cake part reaches desired consistency.
  • Server a la mode with vanilla ice cream or your favorite whipped cream.
  • Enjoy!
