- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Grease a 9x9-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine flour, brown sugar, white sugar, baking powder, salt, and vanilla. Pour milk into dry ingredients, and then stir in melted margarine. Mix thoroughly.
- Pour mixture into prepared baking pan. Arrange peaches on top and sprinkle with cinnamon. Bake in preheated oven until golden brown, about 30 minutes.

Steps:
- Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 2 (12-oz) ovenproof ramekins with cooking spray.
- In large bowl, mix flour, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, the baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon and the salt. Make a well in center, and pour in butter and buttermilk. Stir until mixture begins to come together; knead 3 to 4 times to form dough; set aside.
- In medium bowl, toss Filling ingredients. Divide filling evenly between ramekins. Pinch off teaspoon-size pieces of dough, and scatter evenly over filling. In small bowl, mix Topping ingredients; sprinkle over dough.
- Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until filling is bubbly and dough is cooked through. Cover with foil if dough is getting too brown. Cool slightly before serving.
