Steps:

• Remove the rind from your watermelon and slice it into large chunks.
• Combine both ingredients in a food processor and blend until no chunks appear and it’s smooth.
• Place the silicone molds on a hard, flat, moveable surface such as a small cutting board.
• Using the injector or the pouring tool of your choice, fill the cavities of the molds until it hits just under the brim.
• Gently and carefully place the treats in the freezer for 3 hours or until frozen solid.

• I know using an injector sounds like a funny thing to do, but since the molds are so small, it’s the best tool for the job.
