A little humor in the title of my cake. Anyway this is the very best of the best cakes I make other then the Sinfully Delicious Chocolate Cake I make. I know if you make this you'll add it to your recipes.

Ingredients

1 box(es) lemon cake mix
1 package(s) vanilla instant pudding (small box)
4 large eggs
1/2 cup(s) vegetable oil
2/3 cup(s) water
1/4 cup(s) lemon juice
1/4 cup(s) tequila
2 tablespoon(s) triple sec (orange)
- frosting
1 cup(s) powdered sugar
2 tablespoon(s) lime juice
2 tablespoon(s) triple sec
2 tablespoon(s) tequila

Steps:

Preheat oven 350*F Cake - In a mixing bowl mix everything together on medium speed for 2 minutes.
Pour into a lightly floured and greased bundt pan Bake for 40 to 50 minutes or til tooth pick comes out clean, Place on wire rack to cool for about 5 minutes then take out of pan.
for frosting place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well, it will be runny, poke the cake with a fork or something long like a wooden thin stick all over then drizzle the frosting all over the cake, chill the cake and then serve. ENJOY

Ingredients

9 ounces self-rising flour
1/4 teaspoon mixed spice, ground
1 pinch cinnamon
2 ounces currants
2 ounces almonds, ground
7 ounces sugar
4 ounces butter, melted
1 egg, beaten
sugar, and cinnamon to sprinkle

Steps:

Set oven to 400 or Mark 6.
Grease a baking tray.
Sift flour and spices into a mixing bowl, stir in the currants, ground almonds and sugar.
Add melted butter and egg, stirring to make a soft dough.
Roll on a floured surface to a rectabgle approximately 10" x 20".
Brush the dough with water, sprinkle with the sugar and cinnamon.
roll up like a swiss roll, cut into slices 3/4 inch thick.
Place on baking sheet, well apart, and bake for 10 to 15 minutes.
Cool on wire rack.
