Almond tuile recipe -gluten free, crispy and delicious

1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup almond flour
1/4 cup rice flour
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup rice syrup
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/4 tsp nutmeg
3 tbsp grapeseed oil
1/4 tsp salt

Steps:

  • Preheat oven 365 F
  • Grind oats into powder
  • Add almond flour, rice flour, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. Set aside.
  • In another bowl mix maple syrup, rice syrup, oil and vanila.
  • Add "wet" mixture into flour mixture.
  • Bake cookies for 10 min 365F
