PASTA PEPPERONI CASSEROLE RECIPES

Steps:

• Heat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray 13x9-inch (3-quart) baking dish with cooking spray. Cook spaghetti with 1/2 teaspoon salt according to package directions. Drain well, and place in baking dish.
• In large skillet, brown sausage over medium-high heat 5 minutes, stirring occasionally, until pork is no longer pink. Drain and set aside. Wipe skillet clean. Add pepperoni, and cook over medium-high heat 4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until slightly crisp.
• Top spaghetti in baking dish with sausage; pour pasta sauce over sausage. Arrange half of pepperoni slices evenly over pasta sauce. Sprinkle evenly with cheeses. Arrange remaining half of pepperoni slices evenly over cheese. Cover with nonstick or lightly greased aluminum foil.
• Bake 30 minutes; remove foil, and bake 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and just begins to brown.

Steps:

• Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
• Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until no longer pink, breaking the meat apart into crumbles as it cooks, about 10 minutes.
• Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a rolling boil. Cook the egg noodles in the boiling water until cooked through yet slightly firm, about 5 minutes; drain.
• Mix the noodles with the cooked ground beef, spaghetti sauce, black olives, mushrooms, pepperoni, and 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese in a large mixing bowl. Spoon the mixture into a 9x13-inch baking dish and top with remaining cheese. Cover the dish with foil.
• Bake in the preheated oven until the casserole is bubbling, 30 to 45 minutes.
