SPAGHETTI & CHICKEN WINGS | JUST A PINCH RECIPES
This is a family favorite recipe that I grew up with that was passed down by my Grandmother. This recipe is very unique & is my absolute favorite. I hope you enjoy this as much as I do!

Steps:
- Saute onion with butter (in stock pot) until tender. Chop garlic cloves and marinate in Olive oil then set aside for 15 mins.
- Next add the crushed tomatoes, tomato sauce, and water to pot. Stir briefly. Add salt/pepper, sugar, fresh basil and parsley, fresh garlic, parmesan cheese to sauce then mix well. You can add more olive oil/butter to your liking. (Optional)
- Finally add frozen chicken wings carefully to the sauce. Simmer together for 2-3 hours. Taste test sauce after 1-2 hours to add more seasonings to your liking. If it's too bitter add more sugar. (It also helps to cut down on the acidity). If you don’t like the Sauce so thin, you can add 1 small can of tomato paste, but the original recipe doesn’t call for it. Finally serve sauce over spaghetti (Not rinsed) noodles, then serve with Chicken Wings. FYI - It is very messy, but it's well worth it!! Enjoy =)

Steps:
- Cook noodles al dente.
- Drain noodles.
- While noodles are still very hot, add butter and stir to melt and coat noodles.
- Move noodles to one side in pan and pour in milk on other side.
- Add boullion granules to milk and whisk with fork until they are a bit dissolved.
- Add buffalo sauce to milk mixture and stir.
- Mix noodles and sauce together and serve.
- Make sure to put the bottle of buffalo sauce on the table with the meal so guests can add more if they want spicier pasta.

- 01 - Sift the flour together with the baking powder in a large bowl. 02 - Add a pinch of salt, the sugar, the butter, the liqueur and vanilla, and the eggs, and knead it together until everything is very well mixed and completely smooth. Add some flour to prevent sticking. 03 - Put the dough into some plastic wrap and let it rise for a half an hour in a cool and dry place ( not in the fridge ). 04 - Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces of about 300gr / 10oz / 0.6lb each. ( While you work on the first piece, the other 3 should remain in plastic wrap to keep them from drying out ). 05 - Flat the dough using a pasta machine ( or a wooden roller ) You can use a fixture for pasta sheets which can be connected to an electric mixer, or you can simply use the classic pasta machine with a crank which you can easily find in houseware shops. 06 - Pass the dough inside the roller, fold the sheet into 3rds, turn it and go again. 07 - Turn the dial setting to the middle thickness. Cut the dough at this point in half or otherwise the dough will become prohibitively long. Cut it in two and now let's continue like we did before. 08 - Put some oil into a large pan. The chiacchiere should float inside the pan, so you need a lot of oil. 09 - Make any shape you'd like and fry at 350C / 662F.
